in this hobby.

Before posting an ad, take some time to read the rules in the
Submit Ad section. Ads will have a city name/abbreviation in parenthesis. Please
note that I am unable to post pictures at this time, but will rectify this in the near future.
New ads are placed regularly, so make sure to visit often.
We all have our favorite Cichlid and that may change with a new favorite. Keeping, breeding, trading, buying or selling is part of enjoying this wonderful
species of fish. Thus my reason for this site is to help the hobbyist to find the many possibilities available to them.
| New Section Added
"Other Cichlids" section has been added to the site to cover those species of cichlids not from the Rift Lakes.
Hope this section will assist all "Cichlid Enthusiasts" in furthering their hobby.

SUMMER IS HERE
May brought some welcomed rain showers but not nearly enough for south Texas. June is here with the heat
as always and maybe a stray shower or two. Sorry for the delay in updating the ads but have been taking
advantage of the summer and went to the coast.
The HCCC held an auction in Austing which was packed with fish and fish supplies and with many bidders.
It was a great success. I was not here to post it, but hopefully you are keeping up with the HCCC site.
Another supporter of the HCCC has just recently opened for business through the web, FishHobbySupply.com.
Give their site a glance if you're interested in premium fish food and aquatic plants you won't be disappointed.
The annubias are awesome! Tell Greg the Cichlid Shopper sent ya.
Just a reminder that you should look into joining a fish club forum. There is lots of information to
be found and a lot of nice people to meet. And if you like what you see you can join the club for a very
small amount each year. There is monthly gatherings, picknics, auctions, and Christmas Party. In the HCCC
members get great deals on fish, equipment and food sold by members and
discounts by local supporting fish stores.
